Our aim is to create fresh, healthy food which tastes great using luxurious ingredients. Our inspiration comes from people like Tim Spector, Chris Van Tulleken, Deliah Smith, Mary Berry and Isaiah:

Our favourite emulsifier is a freshly cracked egg and our favourite preservatives are salt, sugar, vinegar and the freezer! Many ingredients are local to our area and there are stories to tell about almost everything we make. We understand the importance of both tradition and science. Fill up.
